Shuttle day

Because thunderstorms were forecast for most of the day in the rural area where we planned to ride, Ken rented a van, we loaded bikes in the truck and camper, and we drove to Kinder, Louisiana, our scheduled stop for tonight.  As it turned out, the storms stayed north of us, so we would have been damp but safe.  So it goes.

We had plenty of time to visit the nearby casino.  I found it all quite confusing and didn’t try my luck.

Mardi Gras is the day after tomorrow, and our motel is well decorated.
