The skies finally opened on us this morning, our day off in Cazenovia. After more than 2 weeks of clear skies, I shouldn’t complain, but…. Of course we needed to do laundry, and a nice woman at the laundromat gave us plastic bags to keep get our clean clothes safely back to the hotel. The clouds lifted briefly in the afternoon to give us a chance to walk a bit through a lovely historic town. Fortunately, we are staying in a lovely historic hotel, built in 1835, and we could retreat to much more comfortable surroundings than our usual basic motels.
Low hanging clouds over Cazenovia Lake.
