A few technical difficulties with phone and WiFi have kept me from posting, but I will try to catch up as I can. We are in such a beautiful part of the world, and the weather gods continue to shine on us.
I keep thinking that a combination of Big Sur and the Maine coast begins to describe this area, but it has its own special charm. July 25 was another easy day of riding, 33 miles from Ste. Anne des Monts to Mont St. Pierre, which is a major hang gliding center in this region. We took a bus up a steep dirt road to the take-off spot, both to enjoy the view and to watch people run off the edge of the cliff.
