Another good training ride

The last 30 miles of our 56 mile ride from Kamouraska to little Trois Pistoles was new territory for all of us. Much as I enjoyed the last two days, it's great not knowing what's around the next bend.

Every Quebec village has a large Catholic Church.  Our directions for today's lunch spot were simply "Look for the church in Cacouna, you can't miss it." The second church, even larger and more ornate, is in the village where we are staying.

Memorial at a portage site.

More bike art.

Dirt roads are worth it when the scenery is good enough.

The milkshake at the end of the ride.
